The Sonrisas Foundation Latin Gala 2017 returns for a 2nd year to create one remarkable evening of music, recognition, and celebration with a focus on encouraging the next generation in the dream of pursuing a college education. Keeping the Dream Alive is a black-tie event celebrating the winner of the 2017 Sonrisas Foundation Scholarship. Please join us for an elegant night with a cocktail reception, three-course dinner and after party celebration with music by Miami's Fondo Blanco Latin Band.

Because we love TEXAS and our students, buy a ticket for the 2017 Gala, we will donated 20% of every ticket bought to Austin ISD welcoming Hervey’s youngest survivors.

Sonrisas Foundation born from the initiative of Doctors Enrique and Mahya Farnia Cruz , acknowledge to their experience as immigrant students and that both knew the importance of education. They have taken the task of promoting student success of future generations through an organization that grants the necessary resources to achieve higher education for children.
